Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect goods on our part. However we are not liable for incorrect spelling being submitted or damage once recieved. 
Goods must be returned to us in good condition but we cannot accept bespoke items designed specifically for you.
A refund will be given once the goods are received intact and will include the delivery charges but we will not refund delivery charges on partial returns. When returning goods please check with us first on how this will be arranged as we may pay for a courier to collect or ask you to put back in the post, this depends on the size of your order.
In all instances where you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day period please contact us initially to discuss and we will do our utmost to assist.
As we sell a number of varied goods, you may come across images of our adult content items. However, where possible we will censor these.
Please bear in mind that during our busy periods our turnaround time may fluctuate. If you require your item for a specific date then please check our current status prior to ordering and we will accommodate if possible.
In general, our wooden items may take upto 4 weeks for us to complete and for them to arrive to you. This is dependant on your order date. We place our stock orders around the 1st of every month so your completion date will be determined by how close/far the order date is from this time. Feel free to contact us to discuss current expectations.
Once orders have been completed we will post your item out to you and contact you with the tracking information if applicable. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays or damage during transit as this is out of our hands.
You are welcome to collect your order from ourselves if preferred. However, we can only hold orders for 1 month. If your item has not been collected in this period of time, we hold the right to cancel without refund. Please contact us if you wish to arrange collection and we will book you in for the most convenient time for yourself.
We hold the rights to cancel or change any discounts or promotions without prior notice.
